Vivian came to yoga because she grew up with her mother’s personal practice at home. Wanting to dig deeper in to her own practice and to help others explore the healing properties of mindful movement, Vivian started teaching in 2013. Her slower based Hatha and Yin classes are focused on building strength and flexibility, while bringing balance to the body and mind in a way that is inclusive and does not take itself too seriously.
Ania has been teaching yoga for six years to kids, youth and adults. Though her approach focuses on finding proper alignment, mindful movement and inclusivity, she'll challenge you to step out of your comfort zone in a safe and playful way!
