During the month of March, we’re looking to raise awareness of how you can take better care of yourself during the busy conference/award season. With the JUNO’s upon us, we thought it would be a great time to do a little recap on the topics we’ve covered within the past year, and highlight a few of the key elements we think are essential to prioritizing your time when balancing a busy schedule.

  1. Getting Proper Rest & Nutrition on the Road
  2. How To Keep A Fit Body & Mind On The Road
  3. Three Tools to Help You Start Meditating
  4. When We Burn Out
  5. Breaking the Mental Health Stigma in the Music Industry

We are also excited to partner with The JUNO Awards and Fit On Tour to offer the music community complimentary fitness classes to keep health & fitness top of mind during your stay in Saskatoon!

We are also excited to partner with The JUNO Awards and Fit On Tour to offer the music community complimentary fitness classes to keep health & fitness top of mind during your stay in Saskatoon!

CLASSES INCLUDE:

Full Body Workouts Crew House – a one of a kind boutique fitness studio located in the heart of Riversdale Saskatoon. Classes are available Friday through Sunday. Donation option available for Unison Fund at registration.

YOGA – with teacher Ryan Leier who has been described as not so much a person but an experience for a one-hour session in the host hotel (Delta Bessborough) on Sunday March 15th to get your zen on before the awards show.

Throughout the week of the JUNOS, we will be discussing healthy habits on our platforms and will also be conducting interviews with artists who are passionate about health and wellness. Artists who are choosing healthy options throughout the week are encouraged to use the #JUNOFuel hashtag.
